The Story of Urban Legends - Final Cut

Joey plays a pressured student to follow
in the footsteps of his father, a movie mogul.
Meanwhile, crew members of a movie he's working on
are being killed off one-by-one.

Urban Legends - Final Cut follows Amy Mayfield
(Morrison), a student at Alpine University who struggles
to complete her thesis film on urban legends - only
to have her crew members fall prey to fatal 'accidents'.

Amy (Jennifer Morrison), Travis (Matthew Davis) and
Graham (Joseph Lawrence) are student filmmakers who
would love to make it big in Hollywood.
But first they've got to survive their last semester
at Alpine University, where their thesis films will vie
for the prestigious, career-making Hitchcock Award.
From the producers of 'I Know What You Did Last Summer'
and 'Urban Legend' comes URBAN LEGENDS: FINAL CUT,
about a contest where the competition is killer -
and someone's killing the competition.
When Amy decides that the subject of her thesis film
will be those contemporary tall tales known as urban legends,
one-by-one her crew members fall prey to fatal
'accidents' during filming.
After investigating and discovering that a sinister hand
is at work, Amy must unmask the killer before she, too,
becomes an urban legend.

Urban Legends - Final Cut is a Phoenix Pictures
presentation distributed by Columbia Pictures.
The film is directed by John Ottman from an
original script by Paul Harris Boardman and
Scott Derrickson and is produced by Neal H. Moritz
(Blue Streak, I Know What You Did Last Summer)
and Gina Matthews (Urban Legend, TV's 'Popular').
Richard Rothschild, Nick Osborne
and Brad Luff executive produce.
The creative team includes
director of photography Brian Pearson
(Tail Lights Fade) and
production designer Mark Zuelzke
(Message in a Bottle, George of the Jungle).
